About the role

TIP Group is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead its busy workshop in Hirtshals. You will ensure high service quality, manage the workshop operations and contribute to the development of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high service quality and professional handling of customers.
• Lead and coordinate workshop operations with focus on quality assurance, budgets and key metrics.
• Handle tasks in the damage workshop, including appraisal, invoicing and communication with insurers and customers.
• Identify business opportunities and develop team competencies.
• Collaborate closely with the department manager, fellow workshop manager and a team of 13 mechanics.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in a workshop environment, preferably in the transport sector.
• Technical understanding and experience with large‑vehicle appraisal and damage repairs.
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work with Office applications and internal IT systems; communication in English and/or German.
• Good sense of humor and willingness to develop people and processes.
