Management Consultant - Risk, Compliance & Financial Crime Prevention

About the role

PA Consulting, following its acquisition by Jacobs in 2026, is looking for consultants to join its Risk & Regulation team in Copenhagen. The role sits in a Nordic and global environment, working on complex projects in the financial sector, primarily from the Copenhagen office near many Danish clients' headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, high-impact solutions for clients using PA's methods and tools
• Help clients develop and strengthen their approaches to risk management, compliance and financial crime prevention
• Contribute to projects across sectors and capabilities in an interdisciplinary consultancy
• Take part in the development and growth of the Risk & Regulation team

Required profile

• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, in-house roles or project-based work
• A relevant master's degree with strong academic results
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
• Experience in risk management, compliance, regulation and/or financial crime prevention, and consulting or advisory work
