Business Controller - Group Finance Team

About the role

Netcompany is looking for a Business Controller for its Group Finance team, focused on FP&A. The role suits someone newly graduated or with 1-3 years of experience and involves timely, accurate management reporting and in-depth analysis of business and financial KPIs. You will work closely with the Head of Group FP&A and Forecasting and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of key parts of the monthly financial reporting process for senior leaders with global responsibilities
• Monitor business area performance and analyse financial results, including preparing presentations
• Conduct business analyses and comment on monthly reports for your areas
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the monthly reporting process
• Participate in the development of the system structure and in the budgeting and forecasting process

Required profile

• Newly graduated or early in your career, e.g. Cand.Merc. (Master of Science in Business and Economics) such as Cand.Merc.Fir, Cand.Merc.Asc, Cand.Merc.Aef., or similar
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken
• Proactive, with strong business acumen, analytical skills and attention to detail

Required skills

• Experience with Excel and processing large volumes of data
• Ability to communicate across the organisation
