Internship – Management Consulting, Societal Impact & Policy

About the role

Rambøll Management Consulting, Societal Impact & Policy, is looking for an intern in Aarhus or Copenhagen. The team supports societal change by giving decision-makers and policymakers strategic advice and solid, data-driven insight through analysis, evidence mapping and evaluation, stakeholder engagement and policy and strategy work for public and private clients. The internship is full-time for 5 months, from 1 February 2027 to 30 June 2027, and is unpaid.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to all stages of project solutions, from planning and data collection to data processing, analysis, reporting and communication of results and solution models.
• Work on tender processes and development work to gain broad insight into consulting practice.
• Apply a wide range of social science methods, from quantitative data analysis to qualitative and anthropological methods, including interest in new methods and AI.

Required profile

• Student or about to start a relevant higher education degree such as economics, political science, public health, sociology, anthropology, law, public administration, environmental studies or business administration.
• Strong academic results and relevant experience from study jobs, internships or voluntary activities.
• Structured, analytical and conceptual thinking, strategic mindset and ability to empathise with the client.
• Fluent Danish, written and spoken, as projects require it.
• Danish citizen or EU citizen; applicants from outside the EU without a valid residence permit cannot be considered.

Required skills

• Experience with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
