Associate Business Support Director, CEO & Transformation Office

About the role

The CEO & Transformation Office in Bagsværd, Denmark, is looking for an Associate Business Support Director. You will work closely with the Senior Director to turn strategic priorities into structured projects, effective governance and high-quality deliverables. The role suits a highly organised, analytical and relationship-oriented person who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, execution and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director to plan, prioritise and follow up on key strategic and operational priorities
• Lead and coordinate business-critical projects from planning through execution, with clear governance, milestones, deliverables and stakeholder alignment
• Prepare briefings, presentations, analyses and decision materials for senior leadership forums and executive processes
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, recommend actions and escalate when needed
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and cross-functional discussions to drive decisions and delivery
• Improve project governance practices, tools and ways of working

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, Project Management or another relevant discipline
• Proven experience in project management, transformation, strategy, management consulting, finance, business support or a related field within a complex international organisation
• Experience leading projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience preparing presentations, analyses, decision papers and executive-level communications
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment is an advantage

What we offer

• Annual base salary ranging from 940,800 to 1,448,700 DKK, depending on skills, competencies and experience
