Management Consultant – Public Sector Transformation

About the role

PA Consulting is looking for a Management Consultant (Director) within its Public Services team in Denmark. You will work at the heart of strategic transformation projects for public clients, developing and implementing solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness, support political goals and improve results for citizens. The work covers strategy, operating models and larger transformation programmes, often supported by digital and data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and supporting the sales process
• Lead and deliver complex analyses, strategic initiatives and transformation projects in the public sector
• Act as a senior voice on client projects and support decisions at management level
• Design and implement operating models, governance structures and organisational changes
• Build strong relationships with clients in complex stakeholder and political environments
• Coach and develop younger consultants

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in management consulting or a similar role
• Experience with strategy, operating model or transformation projects
• Solid understanding of the public sector's structure, governance and framework conditions
• Experience with digital transformation, data or process optimisation is an advantage
• Right to work in Denmark

• Commercial awareness and interest in business development
