Interior Consultant – Kitchens, Bathrooms and Wardrobes

About the role

HTH Herning, part of one of Europe's largest kitchen companies, is looking for an interior consultant who enjoys sales, design and customer contact. You will follow customers from their first idea through to a finished kitchen, bathroom or wardrobe, combining sales, advice and design within a strong team with a flat management structure.

Key responsibilities

• Meet private customers in the shop and build a good relationship from the first meeting
• Discover the customer's needs, wishes, dreams and budget
• Visualise solutions in the company's drawing programme
• Advise on and sell kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe solutions and turn wishes into functional ones
• Prepare offers and present the solution to the customer
• Follow the customer and project from idea to completion
• Order goods and coordinate delivery and installation
• Cooperate with craftsmen and other specialists

Required profile

• Comfortable with customer contact and good at building relationships
• Interested in sales and motivated by results
• Good listener who turns customer needs into concrete solutions
• A flair for design and detail, or a strong desire to learn it
• Curious, willing to challenge customers and able to work independently and to the end
• Own car available for customer visits; kitchen industry experience is an advantage but not required
• Available during opening hours 10:00–17:30 and every second Saturday 10:00–13:00
