Installation Technician – Elevator Installation and Modernisation

About the role

KONE, a leading international manufacturer of elevators and escalators, is looking for an installation technician to install new elevators and modernise existing ones in Denmark. You will work on construction sites, combining old and new technology, and often act as the customer's first point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Install new elevators on construction sites
• Modernise existing elevator systems
• Ensure equipment is safe and trouble-free in operation
• Maintain good customer relationships

Required profile

• Completed secondary education, preferably with a focus on electricity and/or electronics
• Very good Danish, both written and spoken, and good understanding of English
• Category B driving licence
• Responsible, technically curious and motivated to learn more about elevator technology
• Works well independently and in teams, takes initiative and listens to others' ideas

Required skills

• Good experience using tools
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Electrical knowledge or experience troubleshooting electronic equipment is an advantage
