Head of Marketing – Process Engineering Solutions

About the role

Alfa Laval is looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead the Marketing organisation for its new Business Unit Process Engineering Solutions (BU PES). Reporting to the BU President, you will shape go‑to‑market strategies, drive commercial excellence and support sustainable growth across a globally decentralized business.

Key responsibilities

• Define go‑to‑market strategies, business plans and performance KPIs based on customer, market and competitor insights.
• Accelerate growth by generating and nurturing leads, optimizing the customer journey and aligning closely with sales to drive revenue.
• Leverage customer data and insights to challenge sales and management with actionable intelligence throughout the sales funnel.

Required profile

• Transformational agent with proven experience in marketing management, preferably within process engineering or related industries.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, able to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence, maximizing sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in product development, pricing, positioning and launching new products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, decentralized organization.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.
