Gate and Customer Care Support – Temporary

About the role

APM Terminals Aarhus is looking for a Gate and Customer Care support for a temporary position of about 6 months. It is a practical, operational role within the daily operations of the terminal, working Monday to Friday between 05:45 and 19:30 in a roster with early and late shifts. The position is part of the Customer Care team.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily customer care operations and help drivers, carriers and customers with container pick-up and delivery
• Answer calls from drivers and customers
• Help with practical questions about daily terminal operations
• Check and handle bookings, containers and documentation
• Handle administrative and operational tasks in the company systems
• Manage recurring routine tasks

Required profile

• Serviceminded and communicates simply and professionally
• Comfortable working in various IT systems
• Fluent Danish and English
• Flexible regarding working hours
• Short notice start is an advantage
