Full-Time Salesperson – POWER Aalborg

About the role

POWER, Denmark's leading electronics retailer, is looking for a full-time salesperson in its Aalborg store. You will play a central part in the customer experience, helping customers leave with a good feeling and the right solution. The company offers thorough training, product courses, a mentor programme and leadership and trainee courses.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products from one of four areas: mobile phones, TVs, computers or home appliances.
• Review your sales budget each morning and work towards it.
• Act as both seller and expert advisor, uncovering customers' needs so they leave with what they actually need.
• Follow the company's sales strategies while being given a high degree of freedom to make decisions that please customers (the "100% mandate").

Required profile

• A competitive spirit who enjoys setting goals for yourself.
• First sales experience or existing sales experience you want to develop further.
• Outgoing, charismatic and comfortable in a competitive environment.
• Interest in the products and up-to-date on the latest technology, especially phones, computers, TVs and home appliances.
