Freelance Social Listening Analyst – Danish Market

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Freelance Social Listening Analyst to support its Danish market initiatives. You will use advanced listening platforms to turn social data into actionable insights that shape brand strategy and campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse brand health, industry trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance through social listening tools.
• Build and refine complex Boolean queries to extract meaningful data.
• Interpret and report on social media metrics across platforms such as Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Create and present data‑driven reports and insights for marketing, product, and strategy teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on real‑time consumer sentiment and social media trends.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Danish market nuances and cultural dynamics.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst.
• Native‑level proficiency in Danish.
• Professional‑level proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or similar.
• Strong Boolean query‑writing skills for deep‑dive insights.
