Student Worker - Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and structured Student Worker to join our Documentation Team in Aalborg. This position is ideal for a student interested in technical communication, process documentation, and knowledge management. You will support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and other key documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support the documentation and maintenance of departmental processes and Ways of Working.
• Assist with document updates, reviews, and documentation maintenance activities.
• Collect and structure information from subject matter experts to document processes and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and working methods.
• Support knowledge‑sharing and onboarding documentation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program (e.g., communication, technical communication, information management, engineering, business).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Structured and detail‑oriented approach to tasks.
• Interest in documentation, process improvement, and knowledge management.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in an international and collaborative environment.
