Floor Manager - Street Fashion Store

About the role

JD Sports Fashion is looking for a Floor Manager to join its team in Copenhagen. As part of the in-store team you will provide visual support to the store through creative product placement and the latest fashion trends, lead the team on the floor, act as first point of contact in personnel matters and motivate and support your colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints and enquiries and ensure the sales team's appearance follows company guidelines
• Help achieve and exceed sales targets, use in-store devices so customers see the full range and use reports to place key selling lines effectively
• Create window and in-store displays and maintain high standards on the sales floor, keeping stock clean and presentable
• Encourage staff progression, help with the induction and training of new joiners and support existing staff with their E-Assessments

Required profile

• Retail supervisor experience is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
