About the role
NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer to join its team in Jylland, Denmark. The role involves hands‑on technical support for EPOS, self‑checkout, PC, workstation and peripheral equipment, as well as second‑line maintenance for ATMs and kiosks.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair and replace modules on EPOS, self‑checkout systems, PCs, workstations and peripherals.
- Provide second‑line maintenance for ATMs and kiosks, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Install, maintain and repair equipment within an assigned territory to sustain customer operations.
- Own customer incidents until resolution, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements.
Required profile
- Full Danish driving licence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time proactively.
- Willingness to travel, lift tools and parts, and work rotating shifts as needed.
Required skills
- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- PC hardware maintenance knowledge.
- Basic networking skills.
