Client Executive – Corporate Insurance

About the role

Marsh is looking for a commercially driven Client Executive to join its Corporate team in Aarhus. You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of corporate clients across different industries and levels of complexity, helping them navigate their risk and insurance needs in line with their strategy, operating environment and future ambitions. The role is highly client-facing and focuses on deepening existing relationships, creating additional value and applying Marsh's full range of capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, with responsibility for client satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding clients' strategy, business model, operating environment and risk exposure.
• Advise clients on their risk and insurance needs, with a strong foundation in general insurance.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through insight, proactive engagement and commercial follow-up.
• Contribute to winning new clients, including developing opportunities and taking part in pitches, proposals and prospect discussions.
• Work with specialist colleagues to bring Marsh's broader capabilities into play and deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead the client dialogue around renewal and placement, coordinating with broking, placement and specialist colleagues.
• Represent the client internally and coordinate across broking, placement, claims and specialist teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers and other external partners.

Required profile

• Experience within insurance, risk advisory or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of general insurance and risk transfer solutions.
• Commercial mindset, stakeholder management and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience contributing to and leading renewal and placement strategies.
• Fluency in English and Danish, spoken and written.
• High professional integrity, ownership and a client-centric approach.
