Click & Collect Team Leader

About the role

POWER, Denmark's leading electronics chain, is looking for a Click & Collect team leader in its Sønderborg store. You will lead a small group of five colleagues and share responsibility for handling Click & Collect orders and customers in the checkout area, working mostly on the floor among customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Create shift plans and train experienced and new employees
• Handle and follow up on Click & Collect orders and customer deliveries
• Keep the checkout area tidy and ensure good customer service and fast dispatch
• Ensure order and structure around the checkout area and support colleagues in daily routines
• Make sure procedures are followed

Required profile

• Management experience is expected; similar experience is an advantage but not required
• Structured, disciplined and reliable, able to keep an overview when busy
• Service-minded, good communicator, able to work independently and make decisions
• Willing to help out in the store and on the warehouse floor when needed
