Business Consultant – Residential Properties, Glostrup

About the role

Nobia is looking for a business consultant for its HTH Ejendomme property management business in Glostrup. You will become a specialist in solutions for the social housing sector, with your own customer portfolio and responsibility for the whole process, from first contact and needs analysis through to proposal, coordination and the finished solution. The role combines advising, sales and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Advise housing associations, property managers and residents on kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, within their budget
• Hold customer meetings, uncover needs and advise on solutions and material choices
• Inspire customers and visualise interior design solutions
• Draw up kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe designs, calculations and proposals
• Take measurements and coordinate delivery and installation with the site foreman
• Coordinate and follow up on work with plumbers, electricians, floor layers and installers
• Ensure a good customer experience from first contact to completion

Required profile

• Experience in sales and consulting; background can come from many places, including the kitchen or housing industry, or from trades such as carpenter, building constructor or estate agent
• Ability to build trust, understand customer needs and turn them into the right solution
• Strong sales results, good dialogue with customers and ability to handle several cases at once
• Interest in interior design and creative solutions
• Basic IT understanding and quick learner of new systems
• Responsibility and follow-through
• Experience in the kitchen industry or construction processes is an advantage but not required
