AI Delivery Lead

About the role

JYSK is strengthening its use of AI to support data-driven decision making, operational efficiency and innovation, and is looking for an AI Delivery Lead to join its AI department at the Head Office in Aarhus. In this hybrid role you own how AI initiatives are delivered, from idea to production, working closely with the AI Product Owner who owns the what and why, while you own the how and delivery. You balance day-to-day team execution with hands-on contribution to governance strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from planning to production, driving execution based on the AI Product Owner's priorities.
• Drive and facilitate planning and delivery activities (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos) to ensure steady flow and progress.
• Coordinate work across the AI team, IT teams and business stakeholders, and remove impediments and manage dependencies.
• Follow progress closely, ensure timely deployments and handovers, and keep progress, risks and delivery status transparent.
• Lead compliance and maturity activities in AI Governance and Agent Governance, conduct AI assessments and guide teams toward full compliance with the EU AI Act.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience delivering solutions in AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, data products or similar.
• Background in roles such as Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Solid understanding of agile principles and cross-functional teamwork.
• Knowledge of AI governance, Agent Governance or compliance frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a Product Owner while keeping clear role boundaries.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Practical experience with AI assessments or quality assurance in data/AI initiatives.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools is an advantage but not required.
