AI & Cloud Business Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an AI & Cloud Business Consultant to join our Custom Solutions practice, where AI is embedded in every Microsoft‑based solution. You will act as the bridge between client business needs and our technical specialists, guiding projects from initial dialogue through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and conversations to uncover business challenges, processes and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for developers and architects.
• Collaborate closely with AI specialists, developers and architects to shape and qualify solutions.
• Develop analyses, roadmaps, proposals and solution descriptions that align with client goals.
• Identify new needs within existing accounts and turn them into concrete initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client‑facing consulting or advisory role within IT, digitalisation or business transformation.
• Strong ability to listen, ask the right questions and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Comfortable translating complex problems into clear, business‑focused recommendations.
• Excellent communication in both Danish and English.
• Curious, business‑oriented mindset with a knack for spotting patterns and opportunities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• AI concepts and Microsoft AI services.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Umbraco or other CMS solutions (optional).
• Fundamental understanding of software development principles.
