Senior Data Management & Fabric Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Data Management & Fabric Consultant you will combine hands‑on design and implementation of Microsoft Fabric solutions with business‑focused advisory, customer development and data‑management consulting. You will act as a trusted advisor, turning data and AI ambitions into concrete roadmaps, decisions and deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions on Microsoft Fabric, ensuring they are production‑ready.
• Advise customers on how data and AI can be translated into tangible business initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, identifying needs and converting them into roadmaps and prioritized initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, turning outputs into decisions, plans and concrete deliverables.
• Provide guidance on data‑management, governance, CoE thinking and sustainable delivery models.
• Engage with potential customers, qualify requirements and define next steps.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric data platforms and the ability to design, implement and operate solutions.
• Strong background in business‑oriented consulting, translating needs into roadmaps and prioritized actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both Danish and English.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and converting outcomes into actionable plans.
• Methodical approach with practical tools for roadmap creation, prioritisation, governance and stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and a willingness to experiment responsibly with AI.
