WMS Product Owner, Logistics

About the role

JYSK is looking for a Product Owner for its WMS solutions, which support its highly automated distribution centres across Europe. The role sets direction, drives priorities and ensures that business-critical solutions stay stable and reliable while delivering continuous improvement. It sits at the intersection of logistics, IT and external partners, with the main base at the distribution centre in Uldum and 20-40 travel days per year.

Key responsibilities

• Secure the stability and continuous development of the WMS solutions
• Own and prioritise the Team Backlog to maximise business value
• Act as the link between distribution centres, logistics, IT and external partners
• Provide people leadership and development for a Business Solution Specialist in the Scrum team
• Make timely decisions and set clear direction to enable high-quality delivery
• Drive refinement and alignment so teams share a common understanding

Required profile

• Experience in logistics IT solutions in highly automated warehouse environments, and a strong grasp of how business processes and IT systems work together
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, as Product Owner, Application Specialist, Consultant, Project Manager or similar
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance value, cost, risk and effort in prioritisation decisions
• Structured, transparent communication and great English
• An advantage: experience with SSI Schaefer solutions such as WAMAS or ANT
