About the role

TIP Group, a leading European leasing and maintenance company, is looking for an engaged Workshop Manager to lead daily workshop operations and the growing Reefer area in Denmark. This role offers the chance to shape the future of Reefer and workshop setups.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate tasks across multiple locations.
• Ensure correct execution of cooling services and repairs according to legal and customer specifications.
• Maintain high service quality and professional customer handling.
• Lead and coordinate operations with the workshop colleague and manager, focusing on quality, KPIs, and budgets.
• Handle warranty cases, invoicing, and work order follow‑up.
• Keep mechanics updated on latest knowledge, courses, and procedures.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in a workshop environment, preferably in transport.
• Technical understanding, especially of cooling machines.
• Ability to create structure, drive progress and build good relationships.
• Proactive ownership mindset and desire to develop people and processes.
• Fluent in English and/or German, with good humor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using internal IT systems.
