Student Assistant – Master Data & Digital Solutions

About the role

Join Ascendis Pharma’s Global Supply Chain team in Hellerup as a Student Assistant focused on Master Data and Digital Solutions. You will support the maintenance of master data, help automate processes, and contribute to reporting initiatives using leading supply‑chain systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review weekly master‑data change reports from Kinaxis Maestro and D365, identifying inconsistencies.
• Handle simple system support requests and tickets.
• Explore opportunities to automate manual business processes.
• Assist with Power BI reporting and analytics initiatives, maintaining dashboards used across Global Supply Chain.
• Support the upkeep of SOPs, user guides, and training materials.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, IT, Digitalization).
• Strong analytical mindset, team player, and can‑do attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in an informal, innovative environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience or exposure to Kinaxis Maestro.
• Basic Power BI reporting skills.
• Awareness of Microsoft Copilot or similar AI‑assisted tools.
