Travel Counselor – Corporate Business Travel

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Counselor to join its Traveler Care team in Copenhagen. You will provide personalized travel planning and support for corporate business clients, ensuring compliance with travel policies and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange domestic and international business travel, including air, car, and accommodation bookings.
• Use Amadeus as the primary Global Distribution System (GDS) for reservations.
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business travel.
• Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing rules, and travel industry practices.
• Professional communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to resolve customer issues independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Amadeus GDS expertise.
