M&E Project Manager – Amadeus

About the role

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an M&E Project Manager to lead ticketing, attendee management and overall event delivery for domestic and international meetings and conferences. You will act as the primary client liaison, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ticketing, registrations and attendee reporting for events worldwide.
• Lead client communications, overseeing timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts with DMCs, venues, catering and transportation suppliers.
• Prepare budgets, pro‑formas and financial reconciliations, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines.
• Coordinate with web development teams to create registration websites and collaborate with group travel teams.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in meeting planning and project management.
• Fluent in Danish and English; additional language a plus.
• Strong negotiation, budget management and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
