Marine Travel Consultant

About the role

Amex GBT is looking for a Marine Travel Consultant to join Global Business Travel, Denmark's largest corporate travel agency. You will be the central point of contact ensuring a seamless travel experience for corporate clients from booking to post‑travel support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end‑to‑end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, trains, car rentals, etc.) with high quality.
• Serve as the primary contact for travelers via email, phone or chat, providing advice on travel options, policies and optimal solutions.
• Handle changes, deviations and unexpected situations professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to deliver consistent, professional service.

Required profile

• Experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, customer service or a similar service function.
• Clear, professional communication style, even in a fast‑paced environment.
• Structured work approach, ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems, processes and tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking systems and related software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
