Training Deployment Manager, Continence Care

About the role

Are you ready to join the Continence Care business and play a pivotal role in developing impactful sales training programs that ensure the effectiveness of our global salesforce? Based in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will work within the Continence Care team that sets the direction for commercial initiatives and global product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the frontline training strategy to effectively sell and position the continence care portfolio to healthcare professionals and users.
• Develop training programs linked to major commercial initiatives, such as product launches.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries to support execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with HQ departments, external agencies and all subsidiaries.
• Track impact and effectiveness of training initiatives and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Engage with field salesforce and call specialists to ensure effective strategy implementation.
• Attend congresses and sales meetings, spending approximately 20‑30 days per year traveling.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Training or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience training sales representatives and managers.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across subsidiaries and HQ.
• Strategic and operational mindset with strong project management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Danish not required.
