Surgery Service Sales Specialist - Nordics and Netherlands

About the role

GE HealthCare is looking for a Service Sales Specialist for its Surgery business to expand service across the Nordics and the Netherlands. You will build trusted customer relationships and deliver lifecycle solutions that help healthcare providers maximise equipment uptime and optimise performance. Working with local sales and service teams, you will identify new opportunities, develop service offerings and drive growth in the Surgery and C-arm portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Sell point-of-sale service contracts and solutions while protecting margin through value communication and pricing discipline.
• Build deep knowledge of GE HealthCare's service solutions and competitive offerings.
• Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and share market intelligence and customer requirements with the wider business.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with technical, biomedical, department head and C-suite stakeholders.
• Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting, prioritised selling time, higher sales volume and full territory coverage.
• Maintain after-sales relationships and long-term partnerships, addressing both immediate and evolving customer needs.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of either consultative sales or healthcare service experience (preferably in diagnostic imaging, ultrasound or patient care solutions).
• Experience in customer-facing roles and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Excellent Danish and English.
• Desirable: bachelor's or master's degree in business, technology, healthcare or a related field, and previous healthcare sales experience.
