Student Receptionist – Skin Care Products, Frederiksberg

About the role

N'AGE, Denmark's largest chain of cosmetic clinics, is looking for a student receptionist for its clinic in Frederiksberg. You will join a team of highly skilled cosmetic nurses and receptionists and help make sure customers have the best possible experience. The work varies between five-star customer service, bookings and written customer correspondence, and practical tasks such as cleaning the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, serve coffee and make them feel welcome
• Keep the calendar up to date, book appointments and answer calls and emails
• Advise on and sell clinical skin care products
• Keep the clinic tidy and inviting, restock product displays and the stockroom, and help with cleaning and washing
• Other occasional tasks

Required profile

• Ongoing higher education studies with flexible working hours, able to work 12-15 hours per week
• Serviceminded and willing to take on a wide range of tasks
• A passion for skin care and a genuine interest in advising and selling skin care products; documented sales experience is a plus
• Reliable, positive attitude and initiative in learning new things
• Good communication skills in writing and speech, good IT literacy, and meeting reliability

Shifts are mainly afternoons and early evenings on weekdays and sometimes Saturdays; flexibility within this is a big plus. Applications are made by sending a Danish CV and some personal information about why you want the job; applications are reviewed continuously.
