Student IT Supporter

About the role

Join Satair's global IT Support team in Copenhagen, providing first‑line assistance for employee IT incidents and service requests. This part‑time student position offers 15‑20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to fit your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve IT incidents of varying complexity, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues.
• Fulfill service requests such as user account setup, access provisioning, and equipment preparation for onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain Identity and Access Management activities with attention to compliance.
• Capture and share knowledge through written Knowledge Articles.
• Collaborate with Service Desks across the organization and propose improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Currently studying an IT‑related field, preferably early in the program.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate technical details clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, able to follow procedures and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with hardware such as PCs, headsets, and monitors.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets).
• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
