Student Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join our IT Service Management team in Copenhagen. You will work on real‑world projects that leverage the ServiceNow platform to improve enterprise workflows and support our digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing workflows, map processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for ServiceNow implementation.
• Coordinate DevOps activities, support backlog refinement and continuous deployment cycles.
• Design dynamic dashboards and reports using ServiceNow’s analytics capabilities.
• Provide data‑driven insights to guide continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fast learner with a strong passion for modern technology and cloud platforms.
• Analytical thinker capable of converting complex business requirements into clear technical actions.
