CRM Manager & Product Owner (Salesforce)

About the role

As the Commercial CRM Manager and Global Product Owner for Salesforce at Satair, you will bridge commercial operations with Airbus technical teams, define the product roadmap and drive user adoption across a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic Product Owner for the Salesforce platform, translating complex business needs into a cohesive development roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder management with the central Airbus team, advocating Satair change requests and product requirements.
• Administer the CRM for over 250 users, customizing workflows, reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Support sales enablement by identifying pipeline gaps, communicating analytical findings and creating automation tools.
• Build and manage a global Salesforce Superuser community, develop training materials, lead user training and conduct User Acceptance Tests.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

Required profile

• University degree in International Business, Digital Management, Sales Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CRM management, product management or a closely related role.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
• Strong business knowledge of commercial operations and the ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Agile learner with a results‑driven mindset and a passion for solving complex industry challenges.
