Student Assistant – Global Health & Communication (8 hrs/week)

About the role

The Institute of Public Health Science is looking for motivated students to support research and communication projects within the Global Health Department. This part‑time position (minimum 8 hours per week) offers hands‑on experience in academic administration, event coordination, and multilingual communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct literature searches and manage references for research projects.
• Transcribe interviews and meetings, and assist with drafting reports, applications, and articles.
• Update the department’s website in collaboration with the university web team.
• Provide administrative support for international courses, seminars, and events, including contact with lecturers and students.
• Prepare course and information material, and handle ad‑hoc typing and data entry tasks.

Required profile

• Current university student, preferably in health, social sciences, or related fields.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
