Student Assistant – Customer Experience Projects & Innovation

About the role

Join the newly established Customer Experience organization at Coloplast’s headquarters in Humlebæk. As a Student Assistant you will work 15–20 hours per week on projects that shape digital journeys, user research and commercial innovation for patients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support Customer Experience projects across user experience, HCP experience, service operations and digital marketing.
• Contribute to user research, customer insights and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and help drive activities across teams and markets.
• Assist with PowerPoint preparation, project coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Provide administrative and ad‑hoc support as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, marketing, digital, innovation or a related field.
• Proactive, pragmatic and motivated to get things done.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and fluent in written and spoken English.
• Commercial mindset and enjoys connecting the dots across disciplines.
