Global Product Manager – Fertility Solutions Marketing, Media

About the role

We are seeking a Global Product Manager for Media within our Fertility Solutions portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, Consumables, you will lead marketing, lifecycle management, and pricing strategy for assigned product verticals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to drive portfolio growth and differentiation.
• Strengthen product positioning and messaging, manage claims matrix, and lead new claims development.
• Monitor financial and clinical performance of the portfolio to ensure profitable growth.
• Design and execute demand‑generation initiatives that boost awareness, adoption, and market share.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams, R&D, regulatory, pricing, and business development to align global campaigns with business strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global product or brand management within healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and portfolio optimization.
