Master Thesis: Design Scalable Self‑Service Consumer Model

About the role

Coloplast’s Master Thesis Program offers final‑stage master students the chance to combine academic research with hands‑on experience in a global healthcare company. The selected project focuses on designing and implementing a scalable self‑service consumer model for Ostomy and/or Continence Care across markets with varying digital maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate consumer needs, adoption drivers and market maturity differences.
• Analyze current consumer engagement and existing service models.
• Benchmark best practices from healthcare and related sectors.
• Assess potential impact on consumer experience, retention and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Academic background in Business Administration, Management, Commercial Development or related fields such as Marketing, Consumer Behavior, CX, Service Management, Hospitality Management, Digital Business, E‑commerce, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Market Research.
• Interest in consumer behavior, digital transformation and self‑service business models.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
• Ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources and communicate practical business recommendations.
