Store Manager - H&M Aabenraa

About the role

H&M is looking for a Store Manager for its Aabenraa store. The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, starting 1 September 2026. You must speak a Scandinavian language and English. Applications are processed continuously, so send your CV as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring Store Operations and Best Practices are followed across the store.
• Own the store's strengths, analyse sales results, identify commercial opportunities, set targets and plan to optimise sales and profit.
• Build a good team, support their development through succession planning, talent development and performance management, and recruit and onboard new colleagues.
• Keep up with fashion trends, customer behaviour and competitors so the team can offer a relevant and inspiring shopping experience.
• Act as a positive representative of yourself and the brand in all customer interactions.
• Work with the Are Team, Support Office and central departments to drive store performance.

• Documented leadership and retail operations experience, coaching teams in line with company values.
• An inspiring leader who coaches teams with integrity.
• Collaborative, motivated by great customer experiences and sales growth.
• Passionate about fashion trends and commerciality, with insight into customers and competitors.
• Creative, communicative and analytical, able to turn data into concrete improvements.

Required skills

• Data-driven, customer-centred approach using sales planning, analysis and follow-up.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and retail operations.
