Souschef i Netto – Frederiksbjerg

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Souschef to support the store manager at our Netto location in Frederiksbjerg. The role offers personal development, career progression and a strong team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and train store staff, ensuring high motivation and satisfaction.
• Act as the store manager’s right‑hand and step in as overall responsible person when the manager is absent.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Handle various administrative tasks and support the manager in daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving the store’s financial and operational targets.
• Promote Netto’s values and the NEX (Netto Employee Experience) culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading people, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to create a positive work environment.
• Open to Netto’s leadership style focused on employee wellbeing and results.
• Curious, willing to learn new tasks and adapt quickly.
