Software Verification Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Software Verification Engineer to ensure the highest standards of software quality, reliability and performance. You will work closely with developers, application engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders to design verification strategies and automated test frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document and execute verification plans, test cases and procedures based on software and system requirements.
• Design, implement and maintain automated test frameworks covering unit, integration, regression and system‑level testing.
• Evaluate and apply AI‑driven approaches to improve test automation efficiency and coverage.
• Maintain traceability matrices linking requirements, verification activities and test results.
• Set up test environments, rigs and Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) configurations where applicable.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Application Engineering and QA teams to define verification strategies and release readiness.
• Identify, document and track defects, supporting root‑cause analysis and resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes, tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, verification or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of V&V principles, SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills in an international environment.

Required skills

• Python, C, C++ programming.
• Automated testing frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework or Google Test.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven testing solutions.
• Familiarity with requirements traceability and HIL testing concepts.
