About the role

G4S is looking for Service/Center Guards to work in its retail locations in Aalborg and Hjørring. The role focuses on providing a visible security presence, ensuring safety for customers and staff, and delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the centre, monitor video surveillance and respond to incidents.
• Assist customers with questions and guide them safely through the premises.
• Prevent theft, vandalism and disorder by identifying abnormal behaviour early.
• Check that emergency exits are clear and control access when required.
• Provide first‑aid support and intervene in conflicts with calm authority.

Required profile

• Outgoing, calm and able to keep an overview in pressured situations.
• Clear, pedagogical communication with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexible, responsible and comfortable with a dynamic work environment.
• Professional appearance and ability to handle conflicts effectively.

Required skills

• Completed AMU "Grundlæggende vagt" (basic guard) course.
• IT‑savvy.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
