Senior Performance Intelligence Manager

About the role

Coloplast is looking for a senior performance intelligence manager to build a trusted performance management system for its R&D Innovation Portfolio. You will turn complex R&D data into clear, decision‑ready insights that help senior leaders prioritize investments and maximise innovation value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a performance‑management framework and KPI matrix for the Innovation Value Stream portfolio.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards and reporting logic from architecture to visual design.
• Create a single source of truth for portfolio, cost, risk and value across programs and projects.
• Translate fragmented data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, R&D and IVS stakeholders to support performance improvement and value‑realisation tracking.
• Apply hands‑on BI, AI and analytics techniques to improve reporting quality and automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, strategic PMO, portfolio management or analytics‑driven decision support.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Life Science, Technology or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Experience in R&D, medical devices, pharma or another regulated industry is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
