Senior Investment Manager – Real Assets

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Investment Manager to lead unlisted investments in real assets, including infrastructure, real estate and renewable energy. You will work closely with the Team Infrastructure within the Real Assets & Strategic Asset Allocation department of Industriens Pension, managing a portfolio of approximately DKK 33 billion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and screen potential investment opportunities across infrastructure, real estate and renewable energy.
• Lead commercial, legal and technical due‑diligence processes together with external advisors.
• Prepare investment memoranda and decision material for the investment committee.
• Participate in transaction negotiations and structuring.
• Monitor portfolio companies, report performance and engage with global fund partners.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes, including the use of AI tools.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in private‑equity, infrastructure or real‑asset investing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage the full investment lifecycle.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, low‑ego environment with a focus on learning.
• Willingness to travel and meet tight deadlines while maintaining work‑life balance.
