Senior Implementation Consultant – Clinical Operations (Remote, Copenhagen)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead projects that transform clinical trial management for large enterprise customers in Denmark. You will act as the Project Manager for the design, configuration, and delivery of Veeva Clinical Operations software, building trusted partnerships with leading life‑science organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Program and project management, including resource planning, team motivation, tracking and forecasting.
• Architect multi‑year, multi‑phased implementation programs to deploy Veeva Clinical Operations across customer organisations.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between the project team, the client and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading implementation projects for Veeva applications such as eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup or Payments.
• Experience assembling, planning, resourcing and budgeting project teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and travel as required.
• Strong communication skills in English and Danish.
• Legal authorization to work in the EU/UK without sponsorship.
