Senior Consultant – Workday HCM Time Tracking

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of Workday HCM Time Tracking solutions for clients in Copenhagen. The role involves collaborating with HR, Payroll, Operations and IT teams to deliver scalable time‑management processes that meet regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking components such as time entry templates, codes, calculations, schedules, shifts and time blocks.
• Design and implement validation rules, approval workflows and integration points with Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation and Core HCM.
• Conduct client workshops, gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead testing, deployment and post‑production support for Time Tracking solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance, ensure compliance and share best practices with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering Workday Time Tracking implementations, rollouts, enhancements or upgrades.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive projects from design to production.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on HR and payroll processes.
