Lead Frontend Engineer – React & TypeScript (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Lead Frontend Engineer to shape the architecture and delivery of our cloud‑based SaaS applications for a global construction software platform. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with product, UX, backend, QA, and DevOps teams across a distributed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend applications.
• Define clear frontend boundaries, integration contracts, reusable patterns, and scalable delivery standards.
• Implement micro‑frontend architecture, shared platform capabilities, APIs, and backend‑for‑frontend patterns.
• Document architectural decisions, evaluate trade‑offs, and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Collaborate with product management, UX, backend engineering, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading frontend teams and delivering large‑scale web applications.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, versioning, and compatibility concerns.
• Ability to balance technical strategy with hands‑on implementation.
