Senior Consultant - Technology in M&A

About the role

EY-Parthenon is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Transaction Strategy and Execution team in Copenhagen. You will work on complex, high-impact M&A and divestment engagements, from strategy through execution, and contribute to the team's culture and the development of future leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct operational due diligence and value creation analysis
• Manage and drive workstreams across pre- and post-deal engagements
• Support business development through pitch content, proposals and client conversations

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in strategy and M&A consulting or in industry
• Experience in client-facing or in-house roles covering M&A execution (pre- and/or post-deal) and operational delivery, such as product and technology diligence, IT diligence, technology integration and separation, and digital value creation
• Analytical, structured and pragmatic, able to handle ambiguity and communicate complex ideas clearly
