Senior Brand & Communications Strategist

About the role

Signifly is seeking a Senior Brand & Communications Strategist to shape the brands of tomorrow. You will partner with designers, creatives, developers and consultants to turn insights into actionable strategies that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, market research and trend analysis.
• Develop brand platforms, core narratives, positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Design brand‑led communication and content strategies, crafting key messages and storytelling approaches.
• Translate strategy into campaign plans, content, activations and measurable outcomes.
• Align brand and communication initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with design and creative teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Lead multiple brand and communication projects, maintain client relationships and present insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications or marketing (agency, consultancy or client‑side).
• Strong understanding of brand‑building, storytelling and communication strategy.
• Proven ability to combine creative exploration with analytical thinking and deliver clear recommendations.
• Leadership experience guiding projects and supporting junior colleagues.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent cross‑functional communication.
• Comfort with emerging tools and AI‑assisted research to enhance insight generation.
• Fluent copywriting in English; Danish proficiency is a plus.
