Scientist – Antibody Repertoire Analysis & Bioinformatics

About the role

Symphogen, the Antibody Center of Excellence within the Servier Group, is seeking a Scientist to join its Computational Antibody Design team. The role focuses on antibody repertoire analysis and the development of bioinformatics workflows that support therapeutic antibody discovery, including bispecifics and antibody‑drug conjugates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced antibody repertoire analyses for in‑vivo and in‑vitro discovery projects.
• Lead bioinformatics research within therapeutic programs, including antibody property prediction and data interpretation.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise bioinformatics pipelines for emerging antibody modalities.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists, data scientists, and ML engineers to integrate computational insights into broader research initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation of new computational methods and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Computational Chemistry, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with immune repertoire analysis, preferably antibody repertoires.
• Strong track record of developing and running bioinformatics pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting scientific findings in multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborative, rigorous, and scientifically curious working style.
