SAP Basis Architect

About the role

We are looking for a senior SAP Basis Architect to lead the design, operation and modernization of our ERP landscape in Copenhagen. You will act as the technical anchor for the SAP platform, driving the transition to SAP RISE, a Clean Core approach and a SIAM operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a hybrid cloud strategy, coordinating Dev, Test and Production environments via SAP for Me.
• Lead Clean Core optimization by decommissioning legacy ECC transactions and promoting SAP Fiori and BTP extensions.
• Own the technical roadmap, collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, and produce architectural requirement dossiers for initiatives such as the S/4HANA upgrade.
• Establish governance with external partners, standardize KPIs, service windows and maintenance plans to ensure platform stability.
• Monitor system performance, conduct lifecycle management and proactively prevent issues.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP Basis architecture and operations.
• Proven track record with SAP RISE, SIAM frameworks and Clean Core transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP, SAP Fiori and S/4HANA upgrade processes.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
